a new route reentry home LLC
Anew Route Reentry Home LLC is a Certify Adult Family Home, under Wisconsin Administrative Code DHS 88, to serve up to (2) (men/women)18 years or older, with (Developmental Disabilities, Mental Illness/Emotional Illness, Dementia/Alzheimer’s, Advanced Age, Traumatic Brain Injury, Correctional Clients and Alcohol/Drugs Dependent we also provide Respite Care.
Second Chance Housing Initiative
Creating transitional housing units tailored to support individuals reentering society, with on-site support and case management.
Back to Work Program
Partnering with local businesses to provide job training, certifications, and employment opportunities for program participants.
Healing Spaces Project
Developing trauma-informed care areas within our facility, including quiet rooms and wellness zones for mental health recovery.
Life Skills Lab
Hands-on workshops teaching financial literacy, cooking, time management, and other essential skills for independent living.
Community Connection Drive
Bringing together mentors, volunteers, and community partners to support residents through networking, events, and resource fairs.
